The Recipe for Motivated Staff

The tough globalized market pushes companies to seek highly motivated and committed staff members who give almost more than their best. Unfortunately, this doesn’t fit very well with the contemporary employee mind-set. 
Though employees are highly motivated to be actively committed, if only in their chosen occupational field, they no longer trust manipulative enticements by their employers that aim to squeeze out the last drop of their best performance.  They no longer feel loyal to the company as the company treats them as interchangeable resources.  Employees demand more and higher acknowledgements, adequate to their personality.  Employees nowadays overall want to be recognised as unique individuals who deserve personal relations in their workplace (2)
